Why TokenPocket

Why Us

The principles behind the platform and what makes a non-custodial, multi-chain approach meaningful for Web3 users.

The Foundational Principle

Ownership starts with your keys.

The phrase "not your keys, not your coins" captures something fundamental about how blockchain assets actually work. When a third party holds the private keys to a wallet, they hold control over the assets in it. The user has a claim, but the custodian has the keys.

TokenPocket is built on the opposite model. Your private keys are generated on your device. Your seed phrase is shown to you once, during setup, and stored only where you choose to store it. The platform has no access to your keys and therefore cannot move your funds under any circumstance.

01

You generate the keys

Cryptographic key generation happens locally on your device using industry-standard algorithms.

02

You store the seed phrase

Your 12 or 24-word recovery phrase is your backup. Store it securely offline. No one else has a copy.

03

You sign every transaction

Nothing moves without your explicit approval. Every transaction is signed locally before broadcast.

04

The blockchain confirms

Once broadcast, the transaction is verified and recorded by the blockchain network itself.

Regulatory Framework

US-registered. Compliance-aware.

Tokenpocket Inc is registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a Money Services Business. MSB registration number 31000322060801 is publicly verifiable through FinCEN's MSB Registrant Search database.

MSB registration indicates that the company operates within the regulatory framework applicable to money services businesses in the United States. This includes compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering program requirements as applicable to the service type.

The non-custodial nature of the wallet means the platform's regulatory obligations differ from those of custodial exchanges or wallet providers. Users retain direct control of their assets, and the platform functions as infrastructure rather than a financial intermediary holding user funds.

Multi-Chain Architecture

Why multi-chain matters.

The blockchain ecosystem is not a single network. Different chains exist for different reasons. Bitcoin provides a decentralized store of value with a proven security model. Ethereum hosts the largest DeFi and smart contract ecosystem. BNB Chain offers low-cost transactions for everyday use. Solana handles high-throughput applications requiring fast confirmation times.

A user who holds assets on multiple chains should not need multiple wallets, multiple seed phrases, or multiple interfaces. TokenPocket manages wallets across all supported networks from a single application, with a unified interface for viewing balances, sending transactions, and connecting to DApps.

This is what multi-chain infrastructure means in practice: one place to manage a diverse portfolio of blockchain assets without sacrificing security or control.

Platform Values

What the platform is built on.

User Sovereignty

The platform is built around the principle that users should have complete control over their digital assets without relying on a trusted third party to hold or manage them.

Open Blockchain Access

Blockchain networks are public infrastructure. The platform provides access to that infrastructure directly, without creating walled gardens or proprietary lock-in.

Transparency

Every transaction you initiate is recorded on a public blockchain and verifiable by anyone. The platform does not operate opaque off-chain ledgers for user balances.

Continuous Development

New blockchain networks, token standards, and Web3 protocols emerge regularly. The platform is designed to expand its supported networks and features over time.
